Refund Policy
At OZTEON, we take great care in packaging and delivering our anatomical models. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, or
- You wish to return the product in original condition, subject to approval.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
For any return, damage, or refund claim:
The customer must record a complete video while opening the parcel from the sealed package.
Customers must also share:
- Unboxing video
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Order details
Please send these via WhatsApp to our official support number for verification.
⚠️ Claims without unboxing video proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
If a return is approved and the product is returned:
✅ 80% of the order value will be refunded
20% of the order value will be deducted toward:
- Packaging charges
- Shipping charges
- Handling charges
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Products should be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns/refunds may not apply in cases of:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling by customer
- Used or altered products
- Claims made without proof or after 48 hours
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or agreed mode.
